Healthy Skin is Priceless- 4 Way to Improve Yours
The change of weather calls for a different regimen when it comes to your skin. If you are any thing like me you are always looking for ways to improve your skin and maintain its radiance. Skin care treatments are an investment and although can be quite expensive, there are things you can do that won’t break the bank. Here are some things you can do to help you have healthy looking skin for years to come.
Not drinking enough water can make your skin look dull and dry. By drinking water throughout the day, you can prevent this from happening and restore radiance. When your skin is hydrated (drink at least 64 ounces of water a day), it looks bright, clear, and young.
Dirt, oil, and dead skin can collect on pillowcase each night and ultimately clog up your pores. Your skin can break out more frequently and easily if you don’t change your pillows cases every few nights.
You can use coconut oil (yea I love that coco!) or even olive oil to remove your makeup or to moisturizer your skin. Yogurt is another staple item that can be use as a facemask to improve dullness.
WASH YOUR FACE
Removing your makeup before you go to sleep is very important. I am sure many of us are guilty of sleeping in our makeup because we had one too many martinis that got the best of us. But this is the cardinal rule in the maintenance of your skin. Sleeping in your makeup can clog your pores and cause irritation. Always take a moment to remove your makeup before bed. Trust me your skin will thank you!
Having beautiful skin doesn’t always have to cost a fortune (I, of course indulge in a facial every other month or so) but there are plenty of ways to improve you skin without spending.
