Five 15-minute work outs that will keep you fit and lean.
I am here today to tell you about five workouts that will keep you lean, fit, and energized. As a social worker I never have time to go to the gym and work out, and now that I live farther from my gym I find less time, but here are five works that could be done in as little as 15 minutes. Thanksgiving is approaching and although we may over indulge you won’t have to feel as guilty if you can fit in two or three of the excercises below.
I love yoga. Not only does it keep me fit and helps my posture, but it also relaxes me and keep me in good spirits. Down ward dog, child pose, and cobra is a great way to stretch and keep muscle strength.
Even though this work out is such a difficult workout it continues to be a great way for muscle strength and a better way to sweat.
Walking is a great way to keep fit and have those legs looking lean and sexy. Trying getting off a stop before during your commute or walking rather than taking the bus.
A run around your block, a lap, or an entire mile is great way to burn off calories. A 15 minute run can make u lose atleast 200 calories depending on your speed.
100 sit ups a night before you sleep is a great work out. Did you know that when your muscles contract at night while you are asleep your metabolism speeds up. That’s why it is suggested to get in 6-8 hours of sleep.
